Ahimsa Hot Yoga is situated in a charming hall within the Darra Oxley Pony Club premises. The studio, recently refurbished, boasts beautiful polished timber floors and ample windows that flood the space with natural light.

The yoga studio offers a serene view of lush horse pastures and woodlands from its expansive veranda. This tranquil space provides a perfect retreat for post-practice relaxation and friendly conversations.

The spacious yoga room offers ample room for everyone, featuring full-length mirrors on two walls. Equipped with cutting-edge Herschel far infrared heaters, it delivers a beautiful and consistent heat, ideal for warming up muscles and ensuring safe movement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Comfortable athletic wear, free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. The studio is co-ed so please dress accordingly. Baggy shorts should be avoided as we incorporate inversions and straddle stretches in our workouts. We require socks to be worn in our studios. Sticky bottom socks provide the best grip throughout a workout. If you do not own sticky socks, we have them for purchase at each studio location.
To access detailed descriptions of our classes, simply hover over the class type on the schedule page. Each class accommodates 10 participants maximum and utilizes exclusively spring-driven equipment. Anticipate a hands-on approach with personalized guidance throughout.
